Caribbean Dessert
Caribbean Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 stick melted oleo, 1 box powdered sugar, 3 eggs and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oleo.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar minus 1/4 cup.
Pour over cake mix.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle 1/4 cup powdered sugar on top.
Cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares, 30 pieces.
