Cardboard Box Cake
Cardboard Box Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yellow cake mix, 2 2/3 c. water, 4 eggs, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. jello and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Completely cover soda box
2 1/4-inch) with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Spray with nonstick spray.
Combine cake mix, water and eggs. Pour into cardboard box.
Bake for 1 hour, or until done, in a 350Β° oven. Cool cake completely.
Prick holes, about 1/2-inch apart, chopstick.
Spoon cooled jello and water mixture over cake. Chill for 4 hours or more.
Cut cake, then spread Cool Whip on top.
