Carbonear
Carbonear is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 2 c. cooked ham, 1 c. whipping cream, 2 large egg yolks and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butter, add ham and 3 quarters of cream.
Cook over low heat until cream has thickened or cooked down some.
Blend rest of cream with egg yolks.
Add that to hot mixture (mix a little hot cream with cold before pouring it all together).
Stir 1/2 minute over low heat.
Add a little salt and pepper.
Mix in with spaghetti and toss it!
