Caramels
Caramels is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. whipping cream, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white syrup and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cook sugar, syrup and 1 cup cream to 238°.
Add 1 cup cream and cook to 238° again.
Add 1 cup cream and cook to 240°.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Cool. Cut in squares.
Wrap individual wax papers.
