Caramels
Caramels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. cream, 1 3/4 c. corn syrup, 1 c. butter or butter substitute and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil all together except the nuts and 1 cup cream.
Boil 30 minutes.
Add the second cup of cream and boil to a firm ball stage (248Β°).
Add nuts and pour without stirring into well buttered pan.
When cold, cut in squares.
Wrap each square in waxed paper.
