Caramels
Caramels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 small bottle white corn syrup, 1 c. sugar and 1/3 c. flour, mixed, 1 can condensed milk (eagle brand) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in pan and add syrup.
Let boil 5 minutes.
Add sugar and flour mixture.
Add condensed milk.
Boil until finished. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, well-greased with margarine.
When cool, cut and wrap in waxed paper.
