Caramels
Caramels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. cream, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 3/4 c. corn syrup and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugar, corn syrup, butter and half of the cream.
Stir in remaining cream while candy is boiling.
When candy forms a firm ball in cold water, add vanilla and nuts.
Put in buttered pan. When cool, cut into small squares.
