Caramels
Caramels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white corn syrup, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Stir and cook over low heat to good firm ball stage, 248Β°. Remove from heat; stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla and nuts.
Stir just enough to mix.
Pour into greased, shallow pan, 3/4-inch thick. When firm, invert onto cutting board; with sharp thin blade knife, cut into 3/4-inch squares.
Wrap in waxed paper.
