Caramel Ritz
Caramel Ritz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) boxes ritz bits, 1 c. dry roasted peanuts, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine Ritz bits, peanuts, butter, sugar and corn syrup. Boil for 5 minutes and then add vanilla and baking powder.
Bake on a cookie sheet or shallow pan at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Turn every 15 minutes.
Pour out on waxed paper.
Break apart and cool. Store in an airtight container.
