In 2-quart saucepan, cook butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add baking soda to mixture.

This will cause mixture to foam.

Put corn puffs in large roaster pan.

Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed.

Place in 250Β° oven for 45 minutes.

Stir every 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour on wax paper.

Break apart.
