Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter (2 sticks), 2 c. light brown sugar (1 box), 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter.
Stir in sugar, syrup and salt on medium-high heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Then remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Put popcorn in large baking pan.
Pour caramel over corn and mix. Turn into shallow pan and bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Take out and spread on wax paper until cool.
