Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup, 2 sticks margarine, 1 1/2 tsp. soda and 8 oz. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat sugar, margarine and syrup over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Boil for 6 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda, stirring fast until well blended.
Pour over popcorn.
Stir until well coated.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Pour out and separate.
