Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. freshly popped corn, 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spread popcorn in a large, shallow roasting pan.
Stir sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt.
Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
Continue cooking, without stirring, 5 minutes. Stir vanilla and baking soda.
Pour corn syrup mixture over popcorn.
Bake at 250Β°, uncovered, 1 hour. Break apart and cool.
