Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4-qt. popped popcorn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. dark corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place popcorn in large shallow roasting pan.
In heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan, stir sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
Stir constantly while bringing to a boil, without stirring, boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn.
Stir to coat well.
Bake in 250Β° oven, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, spread onto foil.
Break apart as popcorn cools.
