Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 2 c. light brown sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place popcorn in very large container.
In saucepan mix syrup, sugar and margarine.
Bring to boil on medium heat.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda.
Begin to slowly pour mixture over popcorn, stirring until all the popcorn is well coated.
Spread popcorn in 2 buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 250Β° for 30 minutes, stirring popcorn at least once.
Let cool and break apart. Delicious.
