Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white karo, 2 gal. popped corn and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pop approximately 2 gallons of unsalted popcorn.
Bring oleo, brown sugar and Karo to boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir hard.
Pour over already popped corn; mix well.
Pour onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Break apart as it cools.
