Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. margarine and 3/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine brown sugar, syrup, salt and butter.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook over medium heat 5 minutes without stirring.
Add vanilla.
Place popcorn in large baking pan.
Pour syrup mixture over popcorn.
Heat in 250Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour on waxed paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.
