Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 lb. oleo, 1/2 c. white syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Fill a roasting pan with popped corn.
In another pan, combine sugar, oleo, syrup and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, salt and baking soda.
Blend and pour over popcorn.
Mix well and place in 250Β° oven for 40 minutes.
Stir occasionally from bottom.
Spread on sheet of waxed paper and allow to cool.
