Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks oleo, 1/2 c. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Popcorn.
Cook together until melted, brown sugar, oleo, light corn syrup and salt.
After those ingredients are melted, add teaspoon oleo and 1/2 teaspoon soda.
Have popcorn in an extra large bowl (I use my canner).
Pour cooked mixture over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
Place in several 2-inch deep
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes and breaking apart.
When cool, break apart and store in airtight container.
