Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. white karo, 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pop 8 quarts popcorn.
Do not salt.
Combine sugar, Karo, butter, salt and vanilla and bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon soda.
Mixture will then become foamy.
Stir and pour over popcorn.
Put in oven for 1 hour at 250Β°.
Every 15 minutes take out and mix well.
When done, break up popcorn.
