Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 6 qt. popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add soda and butter flavoring.
Stir well into popcorn. Bake in oven at 100Β° for about 1 hour, stirring about every 15 minutes until dry.
