Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 c. popped popcorn, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. light brown sugar, 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put popcorn in a greased 15 1/2 x 10-inch pan.
Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup together (bring to a boil).
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, salt and soda.
Pour syrup over popcorn.
Add nuts, if you want. Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
