Caramel Popcorn
Caramel Popcorn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt margarine; stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in soda and vanilla.
Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Turn into 2 large shallow baking or broiler pans.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
Break apart and store in tightly covered container.
