Caramel Pie
Caramel Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a large pot, place the Eagle Brand milk (remove labels). Cover the cans of milk with water.
Bring to boil and boil at a steady boil for 3 hours.
May have to add water during cooking time.
When 3 hours are up, drain hot water off of cans and replace with cold.
Let milk cool off.
Open cans and stir milk up smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Place in fridge; let chill well.
Place Cool Whip on top of caramel.
May add chopped nuts or drizzle chocolate syrup to dress it up.
