Caramel Pecans
Caramel Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. brown sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 c. pecan halves and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, water, butter and salt.
Come to a boil without stirring.
When mixture has reached the rolling ball stage, drop in pecans and continue to cook until when a few drops are dropped into a cup of cold water and a hard balls is formed.
Remove from stove and beat until slightly cool.
Drop on wax paper.
