Caramel Nut Roll
Caramel Nut Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. kraft caramels, 1/4 c. margarine, dash of salt, 2 c. powdered sugar and 1/4 c. evaporated milk (milnot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt caramel pieces with butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring all the time.
Remove from heat.
Add salt and powdered sugar alternating with milk.
Stir all the time.
Blend well after each addition.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Form in rolls and roll in nuts.
Chill overnight until ready to slice and serve.
