Caramel Kisses is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. dark corn syrup, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. light cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Slowly cook sugar, corn syrup, butter and light cream together until 250Β° is reached on candy thermometer or until a firm ball can be formed when a drop is placed in a cup of cold water.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch square pan.
Cut into small squares when cool.
Wrap individually in wax paper.
Yield: about 36 Kisses.
