Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. light brown sugar, 3 sticks margarine, 1 c. evaporated milk and approximately 1 1/2 boxes confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large saucepan over low heat, cook brown sugar, margarine and milk until large bubbles form and burst.
Stir frequently. Remove from heat.
Add confectioners sugar until creamy.
Spread on cake.
