Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. butter and vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place all ingredients in pan and cook until soft ball forms in water.
Beat until creamy and dull looking.
Add vanilla and spread.
If icing hardens too much, add a few drops of hot water and stir well.
