Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 38 minutes. Made with c. packed light brown sugar, margarine and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients and boil for a few minutes (test in small amount of cold water until a soft ball forms).
I use this over my fresh apple cake.
I usually use a sheet cake Pyrex dish.
The icing will go around the sides.
