Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk (evaporated), 1 stick margarine and 19 kraft caramel kisses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook sugar, margarine and milk until it makes a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Add Kraft kisses and take off heat immediately and stir until melted.
Let cool slightly; beat.
Spread on cake.
