Caramel Icing
Caramel Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir sugar and milk; bring to a boil.
Melt 1/2 cup sugar; while hot, stir melted sugar in milk and sugar while both are boiling.
Stir in margarine.
Cook to a soft ball stage (drop some drops of icing into a small bowl with cold water to test it). This is enough to icing a 2 layer cake.
