Caramel Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 8 c. popcorn, popped, 1/2 c. coconut and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, mix popped popcorn, nuts and coconut.
In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil (reaches 270° to 280°).
Pour over popcorn/nut mixture.
Spread on buttered sheets until cool; break into pieces.
