Caramel Creams
Caramel Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1/4 lb. butter or oleo, 1 tsp. flour and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Caramelize 1/2 cup sugar; when thin, add to above mixture. Cook until forms soft ball in cold water.
Let cool.
Add vanilla and beat until creamed.
Drop on waxed paper.
