Caramel Corn(Microwave)
Caramel Corn(Microwave) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick oleo, 1/4 c. light karo and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place popped corn in large brown paper bag.
Put brown sugar, oleo, Karo and salt in a 2-quart dish.
Stir and boil in microwave 2 minutes on High.
Put in 1/2 teaspoon soda and stir.
Pour over popcorn in sack.
Close sack and shake well.
Cook bag and contents on High 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake and cook 1 minute more on High. Spread on a cookie sheet.
