Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 cups popcorn, 2 cups light brown sugar, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, 1/2 pound margarine (2 sticks) and 1 teaspoon salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In 2 1/2 quart pan, put brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine, cream of tartar and salt.
Boil over medium heat, stirring.
Boil rapidly for 5 minutes.
Take off heat, stir in soda quickly.
Pour over popcorn.
Bake at 200 degrees on cookie sheets for 1 hour. Stir 2 to 3 times during baking.
Turn onto wax paper to cool.
