Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Microwave the first 4 ingredients on High 2 minutes.
After reaching hard boil, add the soda to the cooked syrup and stir. Put the popped corn in a large grocery bag.
Pour the syrup over the corn in the bag and fold down the end.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High.
Shake bag well.
Turn bag over and microwave another 1 1/4 minutes. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
Break apart and enjoy!
