Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with c. light brown sugar, margarine, c. light corn syrup, qt. popped popcorn and c. cleaned salted peanuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place first 3 ingredients in medium-large saucepan.
Bring to a boil until slow rolling boil is maintained for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place popped popcorn in large roaster pan. Slowly drizzle syrup over popcorn (and peanuts, if chosen).
Bake in slow oven at 250Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
(Stir the mixture every 15 minutes through baking time.)
Cool and enjoy!
