Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. white karo syrup, 1/4 c. water, 1 tsp. salt and 3 qt. popped popcorn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stir all ingredients, except popcorn and baking soda, until boiling and 272Β°.
Remove from heat.
Add baking soda.
Stir well. Add to popped popcorn.
Put butter on hands and make into balls. Let cool.
