Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. freshly popped corn, 2 sticks butter, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white karo and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter.
Add brown sugar, Karo and salt. Stir constantly until starts to boil.
Stop stirring.
Cook another 5 minutes. Remove from burner.
Add soda and vanilla.
Pour over popcorn, stir.
Place in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
Bake 1 hour at 250Β°.
Turn every 15 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Break up.
