Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 qt. popped corn, cooked in oil (no salt), 1 c. butter, 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt.
Bring all ingredients to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour mixture over popcorn, mixing well.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
