Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 or 9 qt. popped corn, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put popped corn in a large roaster pan.
Boil all ingredients, except popped corn and baking soda, for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add soda; stir quickly and pour over popped corn while foamy.
Mix well.
Place in a 250Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes while baking.
