Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks oleo, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1 tsp. soda and pinch of cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring the brown sugar oleo and Karo syrup to a rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the soda, cream of tartar and salt. Mix well.
Pour over 7 to 8 quarts popped corn.
Place in 2 buttered cookie sheets and bake at 200Β° for 1 hour.
Stir a couple of times.
Peanuts may be added.
