Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 3 1/2 to 4 qt. popped corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix together margarine, brown sugar and Karo syrup.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well.
Pour over popcorn and pecans.
Mix well until evenly coated.
Place on large baking sheet and bake 1 hour at 250Β°, stirring every 15 minutes.
