Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 5 quart of popped corn (be sure to remove all unpopped kernels), 2 sticks of margarine, 2 cups of light brown sugar, 1/2 cup of white corn syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together and bring to a boil, boil rapidly for 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour over popcorn, be sure your pan is big enough to stir well,
I use a large roaster, then bake in 250Β° oven 1 hour.
Make sure to stir every 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool well.
When done you can place in a container with a tight lid, it keeps well.
