Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. corn syrup (white) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together the brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt and bring to a boil over low heat. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the vanilla and soda (will cause mixture to foam). Stir quickly and well.
Pour over popped corn and stir. Bake in a 225Β° oven for 1 hour or microwave for 9 minutes, stirring every 1 1/2 minutes.
