Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. white syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except soda.
Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, stirring quickly.
As it foams, pour over corn and mix well.
Place on cookie sheets and put in oven for a few minutes at 225° to 250°.
Cool slightly and store in airtight container.
