Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 qt. popped corn (unsalted), 2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup, 1 tsp. butter flavor and 2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil brown sugar, Karo syrup, butter flavor, margarine and salt together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Pour over corn.
Place in shallow pan.
Place in oven preheated to 250Β°.
Turn oven off and stir occasionally.
After cooling, store in airtight container.
