Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 2 sticks butter, 1/2 c. light karo, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine brown sugar, Karo and butter in pan and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.
Pour over 7 quarts of popped corn.
Put in 250Β° oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Butter pan before adding popcorn and syrup.
