Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 qt. popped corn, 1/2 c. white karo, 1 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. soda and 2 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter; add brown sugar, salt and Karo.
Mix well and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and stir.
Then add soda and stir quickly.
Pour over corn.
Place in a roaster pan.
Bake in a 300Β° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
